Pastor Lyle Dukes is anointed to teach and preach the Word of God with simplicity and his speaking engagements take him across the country and abroad. He holds a bachelors degree from the University of Virginia as well as a Masters of Divinity Degree from Faith Bible College and Seminary. Pastor Dukes has also served as a Commissioned Officer in the United States Army.

"Impacting and life changing" describes the ministries of Pastor Dukes and Harvest Life Changers Church with effective outreach programs including an international television program, a regional radio program, world missions outreach as well as Christian bookstores, a record label (The Sound of Harvest), a publishing company (Harvest Word Publishing), community self-improvement courses (GED program, computer and financial courses, etc.) and numerous community service projects (prison and social services outreach). He has been invited to the White House on several occasions to meet with President George Bush and Secretary State Condoleeza Rice to discuss pertinent issues that face our communities today.

Along with his wife, Pastor Dukes is the executive producer of both Harvest Life Changers Church Mass Choir CDs, which include the Top 20 CD entitled "In His Presence." He has been featured, along with Co-Pastor Dukes, as one of the Gospel Industry's Hottest Couples in Gospel Today Magazine where he serves as a member of the Pastor's Advisory Board.

Pastor Dukes is the author of several books and articles including, Give It To Me Straight: A Straightforward Guide To Personal Victory, the newly released Three Steps In Defeating Temptation: Insights from James 4:7 and the co-author of The What Works The Best Principle: The Biblical Principle Of Hearing And Yielding To God.

Co-Pastor Deborah L. Dukes is the Co-Founder of Harvest Life Changers Church, International, an innovative and progressive ministry located in Woodbridge, Virginia. She shares diligently in the ministry with her husband, the renowned Pastor Lyle Dukes.

Co-Pastor Dukes was saved at an early age and received her foundational training at the Love of Christ Church, under the leadership of her parents, Bishop Carver E. Poindexter and Co-Pastor Lorene Poindexter. With over 25 years of sacrificial and dedicated service to the Lord, Co-Pastor Dukes has learned and teaches the importance of faithfulness to the vision of pastoral leadership. She is also the recipient of a Bachelor’s Degree in Christian Education.

Among her various responsibilities, talents and accomplishments, Co-Pastor Dukes is the CEO of Lyle and Deborah Dukes Ministries, which includes an international television program, world missions outreach, Christian bookstores, a record label (The Sound of Harvest) and a publishing company (Harvest Word Publishing). Co-Pastor Dukes is an accomplished songwriter and psalmist, as well as the executive producer of the Harvest Life Changers Church Mass Choir Top 20 CD entitled “ In His Presence.” She has been featured as a Top 10 Spiritual Leader in Upscale Magazine, and along with Pastor Dukes, was also featured as one of the Gospel Industry’s Hottest Couples in Gospel Today Magazine. Co-Pastor Dukes is also the Founder and President of the Women of Divine Destiny Ministry and co-author of the book, The What Works The Best Principle.
